Good Sam Names New Director of Hospitalist Program

Jiwanjot Kaur Narula, MD, has been named Medical Director of Good Samaritan’s Hospitalist program, managing more than 20 full-time physicians and programs.

Dr. Narula is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology and received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan and became Board Certified in 2010. Dr. Narula is an Awarded Honor Society Member of Nu Ipsilon Tau and has been recognized nationally for her presentations and research.

In addition to her medical and academic accomplishments, Dr. Narula has also founded and directed activities at the Sikh Day Camp in Glen Cove and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindu and Urdu.
