To afford a diversified and well-rounded experience the program has affiliation with the NYC Poison Control Center and two Area Trauma Centers (Level-I) Trauma Centers for trauma, surgical emergency medicine and critical care rotations. Graduated clinical, academic, administrative, and research skills are developed and cultivated, so that graduates will be prepared to become leaders and mentors in their field.
